Millennium Services Group (MIL) has renewed four major long-term contracts with a combined value of $150 million.

The contracts come from existing MIL clients Myer, Vicinity Centres, Crown Resorts Perth and Jones Lang LaSalle, who will all extend their previous arrangements

The continuation of these agreements will enable Millenium to provide cleaning and security services to over 77 sites across Australia.

MIL’s Neighborhood Centers and Crown Contacts have each been extended until 2024, while the Jones Lang LaSalle contract has been extended until 2025 and the Myer contract until 2026.

The company said it believes the renewal of these contracts is a reflection of the high quality of its services.

He added that contract renewals – as well as similar agreements with other major clients – have helped to strengthen his portfolio of “stable and long-term” contracts.

Shares of Millennium Services Group closed down 6.67% at 28 cents per share.
